The second edition of the CPhI Japan will be organized at the Big Sight Exhibition Centre, Tokyo between April 15 and 17, 2003.CPhI, the concept of physically bringing together producers and buyers in the field of pharmaceutical ingredients in one location, for three consecutive days, is a worldwide success.
The success of the first CPhI Japan, the only international pharmaceutical meeting place in Japan, makes it clear that the second CPhI Japan will again be a record breaking event.
This time, new at CPhI Japan will be the Bio Pharma Technology Pavilion. The steering committee of CPhI Japan 2003 is now appealing to companies presenting future developments in the pharmaceutical biotechnology industry, covering technologies, products, equipment and services centering on genomics and biotech.
Now that the pharma industry is entering the post-genome era, genetic and genomic approaches are believed to have substantially transformed conventional drug discovery methods.
At the Bio Pharma Technology Pavilion, companies active in biotechnology will have a unique opportunity to meet over 15,000 pharmaceutical industry professionals visiting CPhI Japan exhibitions.
